A soft feather pillow works best. You can shape it the way you want.

Nothing makes Santa belly better thatn little debbies. And they are cheap too.

just tape a large size plasic light-weight bowl on your stomach.

Go to a fabric store and by some batting you can shape it anyway you wish. Batting is used in pillows (really cheap ones). Buy extra and just return what you do not open.
Just using pillows is pretty lame looking.
